Five parties hosted by teenagers in their bedrooms. Audiences were invited to travel across the city and visit different teenagers’ bedrooms: get a tattoo, join a diary-reading evening, attend a live concert, help decorate a bedroom and close the evening at IÐNÓ with an aux party, an ice-cream chill-out with friends of the curators playing their favourite music.

Ásgerður G. Gunnarsdóttir and I founded Teenagers in Reykjavík in 2015 as a platform bringing experimental approaches to performing arts into significant collaboration with young people in the city.
