For one week in April 2013, three artists were made available for loan through Reykjavík City Libraries. Ásrún Magnúsdóttir, Örn Alexander Ámundason and Unnar Örn Auðarsson could be borrowed in the same way as a book or DVD.
The artists arrived with specific projects prepared and used their own artistic toolboxes to excavate the sites, situations and bodies of the borrower’s daily life.
The project was repeated in Akureyri in September 2013, and later in Warsaw in 2014. It was produced by The Festival, an experimental performing-arts platform founded and artistically led by Ásgerður G. Gunnarsdóttir and Alexander Roberts.
