School of Emotions is an international youth performance project bringing together young people and artistic partners from Norway, Iceland and Italy.
The project treats emotional life as something that can be researched collectively through performance making: how feelings are learned, performed, hidden, shared and shaped by the places and systems around us. The young participants develop material together through conversation, performance, music and other forms they choose to bring into the process.
The 2026 project culminates in Reykjavík, where the group meets around Reykjavík Dance Festival and shares what they have made.
