Standing together on the stage, ten children aged between eight and twelve are left with a world that is not of their making. Taking to the stage to dance, make music and spend some time together talking, these children are met by a world of melancholy, pessimism, romance and confusion that they inherited but never asked for.
On the borderline between deep despair and extreme optimism, the children are set loose on the stage in search of an ambitious ethics, a profound inner peace and a glimpse into a better future.
