EUphoric Youth is a major European cooperation project that places teenagers at the heart of artistic programming and institutional decision-making.
Rather than inviting young people into structures and programmes that have already been defined for them, the project asks what happens when teenagers help set the agenda. Across ten European countries, groups of young people will work with theatres, festivals and performing arts organisations as curators, researchers and institutional collaborators.
The project develops open-source curating as a transferable method for making cultural institutions more democratic, locally embedded, internationally connected and responsive to the people around them.
Rosendal Teater coordinates the four-year collaboration, which runs from 2026 to 2029 and brings together eleven partner organisations across Europe.
